Tesco Ultimate Sandwich

Leading the American Revolution

Driven by the growth in the hot sandwich market and inspired by the UK’s café culture, UK street food revolution and American BBQ recipes, Tulip wanted to create a new hot sandwich range for retail.

Trend-led, we worked with Tulip on the initial UK and US street food research and embarked on food and tasting safaris in London to help develop an authentic packaging concept for the new range of slow cooked sandwich fillings.

Packaging complete, we then helped plan, write and design a Prezi presentation to explain the concept to Tesco buyers as well as creating packaging mock ups.

A Prezi with punch and packaging with personality, the range was immediately listed with Tesco, and is now available to buy nationwide.
