Finding the right route

Plymouth Citybus, part of the £2.5billion Go-Ahead Group, were in need of a brand evolution and a fresh approach to their marketing communications.

Our first task was to launch a mobile app, which enabled customers to buy bus tickets from their smartphone.

Combining great creative with shrewd application we created a range of promotional materials including posters, flyers and advertisements, which resulted in an unprecedented number of downloads and mobile ticket sales.

Results were outstanding and produced the strongest return on investment and response rate to the app across the entire Go-Ahead Group’s portfolio.

As part of our on-going work with Citybus we have also created timetables, bus livery, information posters and advertorials.
