As part of our on-going relationship with Tulip we provide and run a number of learning and people development programmes.
The Next Generation programme offers a range of agricultural and industrial placements as well as work experience, apprenticeships and graduate opportunities.
The food manufacturing giant needed an online platform to showcase and receive applications for the programme. We designed and built their website, which seamlessly interlinks with the company’s corporate site and includes an online recruitment management system.
To attract recruits we created a distinctive identity for the project and launched a well-executed direct mail campaign to universities and colleges, which resulted in an overwhelming number of applicants.
