It all began in 1969 when dairy farmer Geoffrey Ginster began baking Cornish pasties in an almost derelict egg packing barn in the Cornish town of Callington. Today the company is the biggest pasty maker in the UK and employs more than 700 employees. Our challenge has been to help Ginsters maintain their position as market leaders with innovative communication and point of sale strategies, websites, and messaging.
We’ve designed, built, and maintained every single Ginsters website since 1999. With first-hand experience of their journey, we have an in-depth knowledge of the brand and the values that are still at the heart of the business today. This underpins the work that we continue to produce despite the changes the business has seen.
Due to the size and popularity of the brand, Ginsters have an extremely diverse and complex distribution base, which includes supermarkets, forecourts, motorway outlets, and more.
Our latest work is a brand refresh which included the design and build of their latest website, new packaging design across various products with supporting point of sale and marketing communications, including trade comms and consumer advertising.
The services we have supplied to Ginsters include all that is needed creatively to run a major brand, from identity, video, photography, animation, advertising, livery, brochures, packaging, posters, exhibition stands and competition to direct mailers and sponsorship support.
We won two of The Grocer’s prestigious Gramia awards for the website build.
