Tusker is a well-established family business whose focus on quality has made them the UK’s most trusted manufacturer and supplier of industrial safety solutions and equipment. After a company rebrand, they needed a new website to help reposition themselves in the industrial sector and increase sales. Their site was several years old and was e-commerce focused. It was confusing, with little thought to who the audience should be.
Identifying the audience
We recommended removing the e-commerce section to encourage people to inquire about their products and services in order to drive the conversion process to increase order size and value. The website needed to represent the values of the brand clearly and inform existing and new customers about Tusker their products and services.
Developing the narrative
Our strategy centred around telling the narrative of the brand. We wanted to inject the magic of storytelling to tap into customers emotions. We scripted and organised a two-minute film to use within the marketing communications but also to sit on the homepage.
We designed and built a future-proof, bold and informative website which formed the centrepiece of a comprehensive B2B digital marketing strategy to grow the business in existing and new markets. The content, typography and palette were created to reflect and fortify Tusker’s message of strength through quality.
